Technology Executive · IT Governance · ESG Readiness
About
Thirty years of leading technology strategy teaches you one thing above everything else: the hardest part is never the technology.
It's the gap between what a board decides and what an organisation can actually deliver. Between the compliance obligation on paper and the data infrastructure that doesn't yet exist. Between the ERP system a CFO approved and the operational reality six months into implementation.
I've spent three decades living in that gap — across manufacturing, healthcare, professional services, and international environments — building the systems, teams, and governance structures that turn strategy into something that actually works.
Lately that work has pulled me increasingly toward two areas that I think are underserved in the mid-market: technology governance for companies that have outgrown their IT maturity, and ESG data infrastructure for organisations facing CSRD obligations without the internal systems to meet them credibly.
Both problems look different on the surface. Underneath, they're the same: complexity that needs to be made operational.
Areas of Focus
Senior technology leadership for mid-market companies that have outgrown their current IT maturity — without the overhead of a full-time executive hire.
Helping CFOs and CSOs build the data systems and governance frameworks needed to meet CSRD obligations credibly — not just on paper.
